Privileged Shares
Privileged shares are Group A shares. Group A consists of 40 million registered shares.
Group A shares have the privilege to nominate candidates for the election of board members. If the board of directors consists of 5 members, 3 members of the board of directors, if the board of directors consists of 6 or 7 members, 4 members of the board of directors, if the board of directors consists of 8 or 9 members, 5 members of the board of directors are elected by the general assembly from among the candidates nominated by Group A shareholders, and other candidates, including independent candidates.
