He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences in 1991. He completed his master's degree in Public Administration. He started working at the Court of Accounts as an Auditor in 1992 and continued this duty until 2003. During this period, he supervised various public institutions. Additionally, as an Expert Auditor of the Court of Accounts, he carried out the financial and administrative audit of PTT / Türksat / National Lottery Administration / State Supply Office on behalf of the Turkish Grand National Assembly SOE commission. Between 2003 and 2009, he was appointed Deputy General Manager (Credit-financing responsibility) of Turkey Agricultural and Credit Cooperatives. Cem Tayfun Yılmaz

He completed his undergraduate education at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering and Surveying Engineering, with a double degree, and his master's degree at Kadir Has University Capital Markets Program. She holds an Appraisal Specialist license from the CMB. He started his career as an expert at TSKB Real Estate Appraisal Company and took part in the preparation of many feasibility reports and business development processes during his time. In 2008, he left TSKB Gayrimenkul Değerleme company and became Fiba Gayrimenkul Deputy Manager. During this period; He took part in the development and marketing processes of projects such as Fiba Life, Fiba Line, Çubuklu Vadi. After Fiba, he continued his career at Turkmall and took an active role in the process management of many Shopping Center projects, including international projects, as Commercial Manager for 4 years. He left Turkmall in 2012 and joined the newly established Toya Yapı as Deputy General Manager. During his time, he took an active part in all processes of many housing projects, from land purchase to project sales. After Toya, he worked in the Investment Department at Rönesans Gayrimenkul for a while and was responsible for the housing investments that the company was just starting. As of 2015, he served as the CEO of Altınhas Gayrimenkule and a member of the Board of Directors of İş-Altınhas partnership. Board membership continued until June 2020. In May 2016, he founded INVESTIN, positioned as a boutique real estate investment and consultancy company, and currently continues to work as a manager.

Mahmut Kutlucan

He was born in 1949 in Ankara Province, Şereflikoçhisar District, Büyükkışla Village. He completed his education at Büyükkışla Primary School, Ankara Commerce High School (1967) and Ankara Economic and Commercial Sciences Academy (1971). He started his professional life by passing the Ministry of Finance Revenue Controller exam in 1971 and continued his duty as Minister until 1981. He started consulting since 1981 and continues his professional life as a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, he continues to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tobb Etü University Health Education Application and Research Center.
